When is the best time to go to Son Malferit?

The best time to go to Son Malferit is during the shoulder seasons of May, June, September, and early October. These months offer pleasant weather, with warm temperatures superb for exploring the island without the intense heat and larger crowds of mid-summer. You'll find the sea warm enough for swimming, and the natural landscapes are at their most inviting for walks and outdoor activities. This period provides a relaxed experience, allowing you to enjoy the island's beauty and attractions at your own pace. For those looking for a quiet escape, late September and early October are particularly good. The summer rush has subsided, but the weather remains agreeable, making it ideal for couples or solo travellers seeking a peaceful retreat.

Hotel HM Ayron Park – Adults Only

8/10 Good

"Great place great food Ideal for cycling vacation"

Hotel Isla Mallorca & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"This is a perfect little oasis in the heart of Palma. Conveniently located walking distance to dozens of bars, restaurants, markets, the harbor, cathedral, and much more. The pool area and bar were especially great during our stay. We splurged on a superior room with balcony for two nights and were not disappointed. Staff are friendly and accommodating and our room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!"

HM Palma Blanc Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a fabulous stay at HM Palma Blanc Hotel & would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a base in Palma. We stayed for our wedding anniversary & had just one night but an early flight out then a late flight home the following day. When we arrived, we were able to use all of the facilities immediately even though our room wasn’t quite ready (which we weren’t expecting it to be so this wasn’t a problem). We left our luggage with the concierge & changed in the spa (which looked fab, but we didn’t use it this trip). The rooftop pool was amazing & the loungers & daybeds were really comfy. Drinks at the bar up there were reasonably priced too. We spent time exploring the city & this hotel is in a great location - it’s only 15 minutes or so to the Cathedral & close to the popular tourist sites. All of the staff we encountered were friendly & helpful, the room was lovely & I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma."
